The
Association aims to deal with the recruitment and selection process
in an effective, efficient and fair way, to comply with all legal
and procedural obligations and to regularly re-assess its manpower
to ensure it delivers high quality homes and services to tenants.
The Association aims to recruit the best person for the job regardless
of age, sexual orientation, race, creed or disability and will
try to ensure that no discrimination takes place at any stage
of the recruitment and selection process.
The Association will, if appropriate, offer employment on a part-time
or job-share basis. It will also consider requests from existing
employees wishing to transfer from full-time to part-time work
or vice versa.
By completing the application and equal opportunity monitoring
forms, you are agreeing to the processing of the information,
in accordance with the Data Protection Act, to:

- enable
